I’m Danica LeBlanc, a Trauma-Informed Wellness Coach. Join me on a healing journey to empowerment and emotional well-being.

I am a licensed psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and avid traveler. I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m also a proud mother to a young son who loves to explore new places. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential.

I have an adventurous spirit and a love for travel. Seeing new places and experiencing different cultures can broaden one’s perspective and foster personal growth.

In addition to my work as a psychotherapist and wellness coach, I’m also an entrepreneur. Despite my busy schedule, I make time for self-care and adventure. I enjoy hiking, dancing, anything near water, and trying new foods wherever I travel. Taking care of one’s mental health means finding a balance between work, family, and personal interests; a balance I strive to help clients to achieve.

I have training and experience in various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, EFT Tapping, the Gottman Method level 1, Somatic and Positive Psychology.

I combine these techniques with my down-to-earth approach to therapy and coaching. This has helped many clients feel comfortable opening up and exploring their inner selves. Everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I work collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their goals. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck in life, my compassionate and personalized approach helps my clients feel empowered to make positive changes.
